The travel agency whose WhatsApp number you contacted handles your travel enquiry. Travel Bot processes messages to support that agency's customer service. The agency remains responsible for its relationship with you and may provide its own privacy information.

The tool receives and responds to your enquiry, asks for details needed to prepare a travel offer and forwards the enquiry to the agency's staff. Agency staff may also use the tool to turn booking-system results into a customer-ready quotation. The agency processes your enquiry to take steps you request before a possible booking or under its legitimate interest in responding to customer messages. Sebastian processes the information to provide the tool to the agency.
We do not sell personal data or use Travel Bot conversations for advertising.
Travel Bot automatically deletes its local conversation history and enquiry records after 12 months from the last message in the conversation. Expired records are checked when the service starts and every hour while it runs. You may request earlier deletion of those local records. Technical message identifiers are kept to prevent duplicate processing. Identifiers linked to an active conversation are removed when that conversation expires. After a deletion request, identifiers without conversation content are removed 12 months after the corresponding message was first received. The agency may keep its own records under its separate policy. Copies of messages held by WhatsApp, OpenAI, the agency or separate backups are subject to their own retention arrangements.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, obtain a copy of it, or object to its processing. To delete Travel Bot's local conversation and enquiry database records associated with your WhatsApp number, send DELETE to the WhatsApp number you have been communicating with. For other requests, email michal@supermoce.ai. We will coordinate with the agency where needed. You may also contact the agency directly about its own records. This command does not remove technical identifiers kept for deduplication, server logs, messages already held in WhatsApp, OpenAI, agency systems, separate backups or messages already sent to agency staff. You have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Travel Bot uses encrypted connections and access-controlled servers. Incoming WhatsApp messages are checked using request signatures.
